TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.            The Application Form must be accompanied by a £50 deposit and a clear photocopy of the student’s passport, which must be valid for at least six months after the conclusion of the course.

2.            Study in Russia will issue an invoice giving the course details. The student should check this invoice carefully and inform Study in Russia of any errors.

3.            The balance of the course fee will be due no later than six weeks before the start of the course.

4.            Study in Russia will arrange the course and, if required, ask our Russian partner institution to arrange accommodation in Russia.

5.            In Moscow and St Petersburg the student will pay Study in Russia for the course and accommodation (if required). Unless otherwise stated, this fee will also include transfers between the airport and the student’s accommodation at the beginning and end of the course, provided that the accommodation has been arranged by our partner institution.

6.            On most courses the student will pay Study in Russia for the course only. Student will pay for accommodation in Russia. If accommodation has been  paid for, this will be clearly stated. If required, the student will pay in Russia for transfers between Moscow and Yaroslavl.

7.            Study in Russia will make every effort to provide the necessary documentation to enable the student to obtain a visa in good time. Study in Russia cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred if the student, for whatever reason, fails to obtain a visa in time to travel. Students are advised not to purchase air tickets until they have been issued with a valid visa to travel to Russia.

8.            All changes to the course, as detailed on the Application Form, must be made in writing to Study in Russia.

9.            Written communication will be accepted by e-mail. Students can assume that the e-mail has been received, only when a reply has been received confirming receipt of the e-mail.
